  • Is this a good balance?

    Quick question about my workout for anyone who can give me a pointer. My work out consists of swimming and yoga. I swim for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week, and do yoga twice a week. Is this a good routine? I feel good, but am wondering because I keep reading 4-5 hours of activity per week. Thanks!

    Maybe a little more strength work and the occasional high intensity stuff would compliment this well.

        dont worry about the 4-5 hour CW, but as Coach points out, get something intense in at least 1-2 times a week (lifting, sprinting). You can spend little time and get big results.
