                Thanks for the link, very interesting.

                IMHO not all of these exercises make sense (one clap or three claps, I mean... it's just a showoff). But some others are quite inspiring and I will try them.

                  I've never seen anyone but Jack LaLanne do the LaLanne pushups. That was pretty impressive.

                    Toughest pushups I've tried. I've been trying to incorporate them more into my routine but they're so hard!!

                            Yeah i am agreed with you but i just want to say you that water games are very best for the exerise and maintain your body and your fitness slim and smart this is good way some of water games i mentioned here that Swimming Kayaking Surfboarding Surf Ski's and this type other games are very best for be healthy always .........
