    Double Front KB Squats 53's:
    5 x 5

    KB Sumo Deadlift 88 + 70:
    4 x 10

    KB Swings 88lbs:
    4 x 10

    Single leg lunges w/ 35lbs:
    4 x 8

    Double front KB squats are killer!!!! Finishing off with the lunges sucks and will make sure I have a good time walking around tomorrow.
