    I've been a happy gym-rat on and off since 1994.
    I got a huge boost to my external shape and form when I adopted IF,
    and I just started on the Primal Path last weekend...
    I have hopes for it helping me rewrite myself again!

        I'm with you!
        My whole exercise focus is based on strenght training. I'm following Rippetoes 5x5 Routine three times a week, and it's great!
        Hope to share some experiences on primal strenght training!

          Awesome Nomad! Glad to have you along.

          We are up to 45 members in less than a week! As Primal Folk, exercise is an important and major part of this way of life.... so c'mon people, join in and contribute, ask questions, give advice - whatever!

          We should have far more activity and members then all the other groups - let's lead the pack!
