Hey everyone pretty new here, I am really just looking for some good ideas to add into my routine. I would like to change over to as primal as possible!(no weights, no high tech stuff for aid, ect) I don't mind using HRM and things, of course, but I workout in a park most of the time so I have open areas, trees, and things. ANY IDEAS would be good I would like to take a little from everyone and put together a great routine to get back to roots of fitness! Thanks everyone!
