                      10 Swing Left; 10 Swing Right
                      10 Snatch Left; 10 Snatch Right
                      5 C&P Left; 5 C&P Right

                            Pulled my back muscle doing cardio kickboxing...No strength training today.

                            100 jump rope skips
                            30 stair sprints
                            100 jump jacks

                            AMRAP in 20 mins

                            I was so winded I couldn't even keep track of where I was or what I was doing. Woops!

                                Today - indoors. I prefer to climb outdoors (well, not in the rain!), but the closest decent climbing to Boston is 2 hours away (Farley), so midweek I end up indoors after work. I would like to get outdoors this weekend if it doesn't rain.
