    • attempted 150 consecutive pushups. As a punishment, every time I had to rest, I would do 20 situps...have done this before subbing sprints for the situps.

Good work! Also good to see that your deadlift numbers are higher than your squat.

            • Monday:
              warm up:
              2000 meter row
              Workout:
              3x10-8-8: pullup, pushup, squat
              2x10 hanging high pull
              2x25 jumping jacks
              2x10-8 jerk
              1x10 mountain climbers
              1x10 burpees
              1/4 mile sprint
2x10 T push ups with barbells
              2x10 Romanian dead lifts
              2x10 box jumps
              2x10 jumping lunges

Someone at the gym commented about the intensity of my workouts and said I was no joke (in reference to the pullups and the box jumps, specifically). Ha. I think they should meet Jess_Jane.

Play: we hung a hangboard up today over the bedroom door. Those are a ton of fun to play around with.

Really? I didn't workout for about a week and lost my full body push-up! grrr.

Anyhoo, did the workout as above but a much longer rest interval so I could *really* do all of the exercises.
