    I was shooting for 1100 if I could hit near-PR weight in each lift. Not gonna happen; squat was like 70 lbs lighter than I've done in training.

    Some 19 year old kid just squatted like 585 or so, which is badass.

        Watching the big dudes move 600 lbs with the same speed I move 250 is awesome to watch in person.

          • I'll get a full review up. Ended up pulling 430 even though my back felt awful. Conservative, but way better than expected, considering.

              Squats: 3x3 @ 315 (PR)
              Press: 3x4 @ 115 (also PR)
              Chins: 3x 1<#<10 (not a PR and wouldn't tell you if it were)

                Chinups: AMRAP in 7 minutes, +60 lbs: 37

                • 20 mile solo nonstop loop on the road bike after work. Temp in the mid-90's. Felt like a tailwind both ways!

                  • Yesterday: idle swimming

                    Today: shoulder PT at noon (will find out if I get more exercises or keep up with the same, will also be asking if swimming is okay b/c my shoulders crunch a lot), swimming or bicycling after work. Maybe both, given how hot it's supposed to be.

                                Chin-ups (with band): 20 (last 5 needed slight kip)
                                KB swings (20kg): 2 sets of 5 just to warm up
                                Pushups: 8 (full, straight - yeah, as a 175lb female, I'm darn proud of that!)

                                Deadlift (5-3-1 deload week) 3x5 @ 100/125/150
                                Air squats, push-ups, lunge with 15lb plate overhead in 40/20/10 pattern. Had to move to knee push-ups after 20 b/c I didn't want to take foreverever
