Any tips on how to get through press sticking point? I've already deloaded once at 100lbs, and this is my second fail at 115lbs.

Squats moving up consistently even though I feel like I'm dying after my last set.
    You microloading, bro?

I'm about to start micro loading on OHP if I fail next attempt. On bench press I've been 3x3 then 8x2 back off sets, adding 5lbs if I hit 3 reps.

      • You should have started microloading the press before you failed. Re-set, microload, profit.

        • Bastardized 5/3/1 cycle 8, week 1 (5/5/5, 8/8/8, (Press/Deadlift)

A tried to make use of rest time by doing Hammer Strength chest presses between warm-up/recovery squats and Arnold presses between dead lifts. I like this and will probably stick with it for a while.

          5/3/1 programmed exercises (5/5/5 week):
          • Overhead press 5x90# 5x105# 5x115# 5x105# 7x90#
          • Dead lift 5x215# 5x250# 8x285#

          8/6/3 programmed exercises (8/8/8 week):
          • Hammer pull-downs 8x160# 8x185# 8x200#, 160# 20 sec rest pause (14x, 4x, 3x)

          Other exercises
          • Warm-up/recovery squats 2x10x135#
          • Arnold presses 3x15x20#
          • Hammer Strength chest presses between squat sets (high ~10 rep pyramid sets)

I was at 173 when I weighed earlier this week. But yeah, I don't want to discuss other weights with Rich since he out lifts me significantly :-)

                            • Feeling very unmotivated. I can't grip anything remotely heavy due to bilateral tendonitis and developed carpal tunnel syndrome in left wrist (though now I feel it in my right more).

                              Air squats it is, then.
