    1. Yes, there is a point where you will feel with utter certainty how strong you are! Then...you'll just want to be stronger and stronger. ;-)

      Goodmornings: 45 x 10/10/10 (first time ever doing these.)

      My back didnt feel good on the squats today. As depressing as it is since I was up over 200lbs on squats when I hurt my back, I think that I am going to basically start over on squats. My wifes schedule is changing after Christmas so we won't be lifting together. I might take advantage of this (she hates squats) and go back to a SS style workout and start squats around 95 lbs. Hopefully this will strengthen my back up to where it was. I am disappointed in myself for pushing too hard after it first started hurting. I should have been a little wiser. Hoping I'll fully recover from whatever I did

        I am exhausted now, but a great day it was.
        When this cycle is over I think I'll change to standard 5/3/1 instead of this full body version. I imagine I can go heavier on the deadlifts if I don't squat and press first

                    You're doing alright. I remember you moving your deadlift, in particular, up pretty high before taking a break last year.

                          Yeah, I agree. I did burn out on chasing that 1 rep max on the deadlift, so I'm liking this slower way of building up and staying submaximally.
                          I'm also doing all lifts unbelted this time around. Until I either buy one, or get back to training at a place that has a good one.

                                Yes I am. It's stronglifts 5x5.http://stronglifts.com/5x5/ It's just two workouts alternating three days a week. All I did was add some dips on a bench day and chins or pulls on press day. Plus some additional ab work like planks and crunches not much though.
