  • I obviously find it impressive as that's just under my all time 1RM for squat, and quite a bit more than what I squat at the moment!
    Your bench isn't that far behind mine either, but then I've always sucked at bench.

    So I'd say you're strong. Not 'strong for a woman', just strong.

      • I'm benched unfortunately, I have some muscle tears and the Dr's has me on a strict "light walking on the treadmill" regiment that I've tweaked to Yoga twice a week! UGH it's killing me!

            This is true. 😜 However, I'm having a hard time playing the damsel in distress and getting males to do stuff for me now that everyone knows how much weight I can push. Damnit!

              • I've noticed my delts are looking a lot fuller and rounder recently, this was yesterdays routine:

                Strict side laterals just in the top 3/4 of the movement; 15's x 1 set, 20's x 1 set, 20's x 1 set
                Hammer press ( Partial reps ) 90 x 1 set, 180 x 1 set, 230 x 1 set, 180 x 1 set, 180 x 1 set, 90 x 1 set, 90 x 1 set.
                Rev Hammer presses; 140 x 1 set, 140 x set, 140 x 1 set
                Side laterals ( hands facing body and just working in the bottom 1/3rd of range ) 35's x 1 set, 40's x 1 set, 40's x 1 set
                Rear fly machine ( Partials ) 115 x 1 set, 125 x 1 set, 125 x 1 set, 125 x 1 drop set.

                          Similar. 3.5 giiiiiiiant (see pic of one such plate) plates of meat & fermented veggies at all you can eat Korean BBQ place in Koreatown, LA. This was after I had 1.5 turkey legs at Disneyland...

                          Guy friend was scared of me... Or amazed. I cannot tell anymore.

                          (Oh, and also walked at least 5-6 miles at Disney today, if not much more... And woke up this morning with a fasted cardio session at the hotel)

                              Working on form reset for the weighted exercises so taking everything down about 40% from where I'd been and working back up.
