  • Did weighted ssquats today. Pt didn't want to go as heavy so did 4 sets of 8@85lbs. Did step up 30x3. Then interval bike for 10 min. 1 min hard next min easy.

    Got out of rowing for this session and next session.. Yea

                    Got it! Was the challenge to complete it OR to do it under 10 OR to do it in a tuxedo shirt?

                        • Deadlift 5X3, Pull up + 25 for 30, Dips + 25 for 30, Push Press 5X5, Row 3 X 10, and maybe some barbell curls before i fall over.

                          • After doing bodyweight training for almost a year, I've decided to start lifting weights again and am in week 1 of a full body 3-day 5/3/1 program

                            Pistolsquats 3x2 (working on doing them flawlessly instead of for reps now)
                            Squat: 5x62,5kg, 5x72,5kg, 5x80kg
                            Bench 5/3/1: 5x45kg, 5x50kg, 10x57,5kg, 5x62,5kg, 18x45kg
                            Dead 5/3/1: 5x82,5kg, 5x95kg, 8x107,5kg, 5x120kg, 8x82,5kg

                            I am happy about the addition of jokersets and first set last since I first did 5/3/1, as my weights are fairly low at the moment, partly due to having not done the exercises for a while. It's good to be able to do a bit extra after your workset.

                              • Great workout today! Probably because of my pre-workout meal, my first batch of homemade chili for the year haha

                                Press:
                                70 x 5
                                80 x 5
                                90 x 7
                                80 x 5
                                70 x 10

                                Pull-Ups: BW+20 x 5 / 5 / 5

                                Dips: BW+20 x 8 / 8 / 8


                                Light Squats, still working on my back. They felt better today, still a little tight. I am planning on starting normal (heavy) squats in about 3 weeks when I start cycle 3 for the bench and press I am hoping to start the squats and deads back up.

                                45 x 20 70 x 15 95 x 10
