We have a few who sometimes show up on Friday nights. Most of the smaller, femaler athletes stick to the more casual sessions, with more instruction and less rolling. But I like the way you think.

When I was a judo sensei the chicks competed to get the honor of walking with very small steps over my back and limbs after the training! Very nice Japanese tradition that should not be forgotten…

        • Zercher squats
          3x8x135

          Deadlift
          225x5
          255x5
          275x7

I did this with minimal rest....stupid...lol. Nearly puked. But wow. Not a bad 20 minute workout.

By the way...zercher and standard deads togeather are probably overkill on the trunk stabilizers.

              • This was a sort of informal meet. I won the men's open division, against all lifters in that division, since it was judged by Wilks score. But I was also up against the winners at 7 other locations. Not sure how anybody did anywhere else in the US & Canada. But will keep you all posted.

                Thanks!

The room was electric today. I definitely got ~20 pounds out of the lights and the crowd.

You wanted video. I should have the 400 squat shortly. Here's the 500 DL (weighed in at 146.6):
