      • Yesterday I did a circuit which included deck of cards pushups (for a total of 91 pushups), prisoner squats, pull ups, and leg lifts. Good workout and I’m feeling it a little today.

Strong work. I thought Justin Lascek wrote somewhere that preparing for the next set on volume days created his most "poetic" moments.

Thanks. Weighing 155 helps. And yeah, my legs were trembling sacks of jelly from the end of set 3 on. Unbelievable that Lascek took linear up to the upper 400's.

                      • 6 weeks in, after 20+ years of all sorts of different things at the gym (classic weight lifting, a variety of magazine programs, kettlbell bodyweight, etc. etc.). So far, it is my favorite thing I've done. I feel the best I've felt in a long while (at 43 years old), and feel like my body comp is the best it has ever been. I'm a big fan.

Good to hear, it is one of the most logical programs to me.
