What is your workout today?

  • Good day at the gym all in all:

    One arm OHP: 70x4, 60x6, 50x8
    One arm DB row: 80x6, 80x5, 70x8
    Goblet Squats: 3 warmups 35x5, 100x10, 100x5, 100x5
    Farmers walk: 200lb until I couldn't go any further.

    100lb goblet ATG squats are a freaking killer ab workout. Maybe not gonna build HUGE legs, but nice overall stuff.

          100 lb goblet squats sound like the opposite of fun to me. Legit work today.

            You know...I was actually leaning away from this guy being the evil twin. Not sure why, just didn't "feel" the same. HOWEVER, since the hockey guy has started running his mouth "evil twin RM" has been quiet. Coincidence? Me thinks not...

                I just hope I don't find this cat sniffing through my trash or something. Apparently he got mad because I put the term "hockeyplayer9" in the google machine the first time he started trolling us and found that he's a frequenter of bodyweight zealotry forums all over the interwebz.

                          Dirty. After I get done hugging hockeyplayer9 back into being a reasonable person, I'm making catching up to you on dips my next priority. So much ground to cover.

                            DL 135 x 8 x 5
                            good mornings 95 x 8 x 5
                            hip thrust 135 x 8 x 5
                            cable kickbacks 80 x 8 x 5
                            my ass is killing me....

                                I could go in tomorrow to complete the accessory work I didn't get to today. I don't know. Kinda on the fence. We'll see...
