  • 140 push-up ,56 chin-up/pull-up, 40 leg raise and 40 bulgarian squat each leg
    i done this in less sets as possible.

    • Chest and back today. Great pump!

      Bench Press - 1 X 15 - 135lbs, 1 X 8 - 185lbs, 1 X 6 - 225 lbs, 1 X 3 - 245 lbs, 1 X 10 - 185 lbs.
      Pullups (35 Lb Plate) 3 X 6, Pullups (bodyweight) 1 X 12
      3 Sets of Dips 15 X super setted with Seated Row 130lbs X 10
      3 Sets of Supine Laterals 50 lbs 12 X super setted with Lat Pulldowns 130 X 12

        Bench: 210 x 4 (fail)/185 x 8/185 x 9
        Deadlift: 405 x 5 (bad hitching on 5th rep, but I'm not in a powerlifting competition, so there were no red lights)
        Chin-ups: +60 lbs x 6/5/6

            • 5-mile easy run with Max the German Shepherd.
              Dead Lift: 295lbs, 3x5
              Bent over rows: 195lbs, 3x5
              Forward Lunges: 245, 3x10
              Power Cleans: 125, 3x5
              Bike Intervals: 40:10 Sprints, 10 sets

                    Yes, but a 2 days/week version. I train Jiu Jitsu usually 4 days/week, so I have limited time and recovery capacity. I also pulled 405 for an ugly set of 5 yesterday. Hooray deadlifts!

                      405 is impressive, regardless of the form.

                      Temporary stay on DLs for me after the rib cage injury. Funny, I can squat, but DL hurts.
                      Few but ripe.

                          Sorry about the rib. Form wasn't bad, I just hitched the hell out of the fifth rep.

                          • Today I started a different program as I am not able to squat as frequently as I would like (old knee injury rearing its ugly head). Doing a three day split with plenty of sprints walks in between weight days. Today it was chest/biceps/abs*
                            2 exercises per body part
                            6 sets total per body part
                            Super sets thrown in
                            *unable to do abs today as I had some major GI cramping during my workout could barely complete upper body parts because of pain
                            Sprints tomorrow morning after work
                            All time high weight 262 lbs
                            Primal since Spring 2012
                            Start PB Weight: 240 lbs ish
                            Current Weight: 220lbs ish
                            Goal Weight:190-200 lbs
                            All on a 6ft. 1/2 inch frame.

                            I can't wait to meet my abs for the first time in my life. We gotta lot of catching up to do.

                            I love this way of eating and hope to be able to help others.

                              worked up to 305x3 (was suppose to be 5)
                              for punishment for missing I deloaded and worked down without rest
                              285x3
                              235x8
                              185x10

                              OH Press
                              135x4
                              135x4
                              115x6

                              For further punishment for an overall shitty workout:

                              Muscleups till failure (5)
                              Walking lunges + 80 forward and backward till nearly puked
                              Curls... just the bar 20 crappy reps as I was dieing.

                              No air conditioning in the gym today so maybe the 90+ temp had something to do with it.

                                12pm-1pm GJJ noon class, taught and rolled
                                4pm-5pm GJJ private, rolled
                                6pm - 7pm Kali class
                                7pm-8pm GJJ class, rolled


                                Pal'ed around with dog all day, went for a walk, smoked salmon, did about 30 pull ups and got in a short 30 minute nap.
