  • Bikram Yoga. And it's my favorite "workout" ... that's 90 minutes of intense yoga in a room heated to about 102 degrees.
I practice yoga (am a yogini) and am also a follower of Grok ... so my journal is Grokini Mary

        • Bicycling. Today I will do a 20 minute low intensity warmup then do 8 minute intervals of 4 each on a 6-8% gradiant with 3 minute recovery between each interval. Then easy cool down ride back and stretch. That's after an IF of 15 hours. It feels sooo good.

So funny, I look at the gym workouts some of y'all are doing (and that I used to do), and I gotta say, I don't miss it one bit. Been doing the Master series YAYOG (one-arm pushups, one-leg squats, and other butt-kickers), usually outdoors, and I hope to always workout outdoors and free. I understand those who want to take it to that level...but, man, I don't miss it...
Glad you're happy, but no reason to put down what others enjoy.

                        • Crossfit yesterday. Fran straight into DT Hero workout, all in one. Today... Holy traps. I think it was the hanging power cleans. Still, it is a good sore. Lets me know I was challenging myself.
