      • 8 x 30s/1m HIIT on recumbent bike. Did this with regular sprints last week, but its too icy out today to do and the treadmills don't go fast enough.

          Different workouts for keep good fitness and the weight loss.But i like exercise
          and diets plan for keep the fitness and the health.I like some other workouts...

                  • 8 mile ruckmarch with 35 lbs rucksack. Followed by;
                    2.25 mile run with 70lbs of battle-rattle.

                    Legs were toast afterwards.

                                Actually did some boxing HIIT:

                                8x30s-1m fast and furious "rounds" with varrying active rest in between on the heavy bag.
