85 yard hill, starts at about 10 degrees, then ends up around 30 degrees or so.
Found the hill last week in a park a half a mile from home after looking for one for a few days in my spare time.
Warmup jog to the park.
8 times up the hill. Recover on the walk down.
A thorough ass kicking in less than 20 minutes.
Morning - I walked my dogs 3 miles each (they are too naughty to walk on leash at the same time) then did a BWW with a deck of cards. Diamonds = pullups Hearts =elevated push ups Clubs = Squats Spades = Burpee. 6 reps of the exercise for each card.
Afternoon - hiked the dogs (together) off leash in the ravine for about an hour. did lots of hill climbing and descending and jumping over things.
After several weeks of disappointing benching I was able to tie my previous record of 5 reps on barbell bench press at 255 lbs. I think I might have even been able to have done a 6th but I am trying not to go to failure. I think I had been doing poorly at the gym lately because I was in ketosis.
