  • 3 weeks post injury....I walked a mile today and did some mobility work. Boy is this freaking annoying, but I'm gonna give my body what it needs to heal. I've tried to jump back into training post injury too soon in the past and I know where that leads.

    • played with my son in the park. managed to squeeze in some pull ups and push ups. walked back home barefoot, carrying him on the shoulders (he is about 18 kg).
      Few but ripe.

            • I have yet to start my workout. I had so much going on between work and picking up medicine and getting dinner that I haven't started yet. Once I have digested dinner I plan to do a quick shoulder workout. Some handstand pushups, some lat raises and front raises, then like a million shrugs since I only have 25 lb weights at home.

                200 sit ups; 50 shaolin push ups.

                Lunch time today:
                30 close grip pull ups; 60 diamond push ups; 90 free squats; 24 dips; 15 body sliders.
                Few but ripe.

                • Felt a little dead from kenpo last night, but gave it my best go this morning. A little less than 4 weeks until I test.

                  Five Rounds:

                  Spiderman Push Ups x 10
                  Sit Ups x 10
                  Pull Ups x 10
                  Jump Rope x 50
                  Kettlebell Snatches x 10 each side
                  24" Box Jumps x 10

                      Just one set....close to failure with the pulls and push-ups in a slow controlled pace. Squats extra careful since still in recovery mode.
