did this five times over the afternoon and threw in some yoga, playing with the kids, streching, cooking dinner etc in between. *Found by the end that range of motion on windmills, scorpions and side to side bridges increased leaps and bounds. *

My weekly BBS HIT workout was very good. Had the wife changing weights for me.....lead to a more intense session when she put 20 more pounds on my OH press than I had written....lol. I got off all pissed cause I didn't hit my target TUL (wanted at least 90 seconds and only got to 82).....then I looked at the weight. Bwahaha. I was pretty happy with my effort after that .
Squat, bench, pullups, and rows are all coming along nicely. I mixed up the rotation a bit to keep it fresh.
Oh, also walking 3-4 miles a day for the past 3 days since weather is conducive to walking to and from my work.
I never hear housecleaning mentioned! Mopping those floors ain't easy! Lol
Simple day today, walk to the store for the daily (non)bread, some housecleaning and a 4EMs tonight.
Cleaned the bathroom
Cleaned kitchen work tops
30 minutes squats,dead lifts, plank, side plank, assisted pull ups, and a couple of tabatha sprints/ cycling in the gym.
Going to tidy around for an hr after I have had a cup of tea.
