      • Today was all about active recovery, this morning fixed a few things around the house, earnt all those brownee points back again ( happy wife happy life....!)

Then instead of EMOTM I did each hour on the hour (EHOTH) of the following routine from My mad methods. *- This warm up targets the hips and spine

My Mad Methods - 100 Rep Bodyweight Warm Up #2

        A1: Hindu Push Up - 1 x 10
        A2: T-Squat - 1 x 10
        A3: BW Windmill - 1 x 10 Left
        A4: BW Windmill - 1 x 10 Right
        A5: Alt Dragon Lunges - 1 x 20
        A5: Alt Scorpion - 1 x 10
        A6: Back Hypers - 1 x 10
        A7: Roll Ups - 1 x 10
        A8: Side-to-Side Bridge - 1 x 10

did this five times over the afternoon and threw in some yoga, playing with the kids, streching, cooking dinner etc in between. *Found by the end that range of motion on windmills, scorpions and side to side bridges increased leaps and bounds. *

        Cheers FBF

                        • My weekly BBS HIT workout was very good. Had the wife changing weights for me.....lead to a more intense session when she put 20 more pounds on my OH press than I had written....lol. I got off all pissed cause I didn't hit my target TUL (wanted at least 90 seconds and only got to 82).....then I looked at the weight. Bwahaha. I was pretty happy with my effort after that .

Squat, bench, pullups, and rows are all coming along nicely. I mixed up the rotation a bit to keep it fresh.

Oh, also walking 3-4 miles a day for the past 3 days since weather is conducive to walking to and from my work.

                              • I'll be doing as many sets of this as I can throughout my day at work:

                                5 pull ups
                                10 push ups
                                15 squats

                                Later, I'll be lifting:

                                1x5, then 2x3:
                                Deadlift - 315 lbs., then 330 lbs.

                                3x5:
                                Upright row - 165 lbs.
                                Shoulder push ups
