            TRX Rows x 20
            Push Ups x 20
            Sit Ups x 20
            Kettlebell Swings x 20
            Alternating Split Squat Lunges x 10 each side

            500 Reps total

            Forgot to start the stopwatch on this one, but from the looks of the time, it looked somewhere in the range of 12 minutes.

                  • I just finished SimpleFit Level 6, Day 1:

                    Max rounds in 20 minutes
                    3 pull ups
                    6 push ups
                    10 squats

                    I managed to do 28 rounds. These higher levels are starting to get tough!

                    Later I'll be lifting:

                    1x5, then 2x3:
                    Deadlift - 285 lbs., then 300 lbs.

                    3x5:
                    Upright row - 155 lbs.
                    Shoulder push ups

                    I'm pretty pumped to do the deadlifts. Exactly 2 months ago, 300 lbs. was my 1RM deadlift. Now it's going to be my 3RM. Ever since I changed my lifting routine, I've been seeing major strength increases.

                        Discovered my kids' high school has tires of various sizes on the football field. So......

                        Hammer Strength Incline Bench Press 4x10
                        Seated Close Grip Row 5x10
                        Smith Machine Squats 4x10
                        Weighted Pull Ups 4x7
                        Weighted Dips 4x12
                        Leg Press 4x10
                        Various Arms Exercises

                        When I dropped my son off for off season basketball:
                        Three Rounds:

                        Tire Flips and Jumps x10
                        40yd Sprints x 2

                        • I did the "Bear Complex" yesterday.

                          5 rounds with increasing weight each round:

                          7 sets of:

                          Power clean
                          Front Squat
                          Push press
                          Back Squat
                          Push Press

                          All five movements being done without dropping the bar for one set.

                          I've never sweated like that in my life.

                            • Great workouts there...but as for me, I'm gonna do aerobics today...planning to go out for a jog with colleagues ,but kinda rainy..
