Just hit our really crappy condo gym for 20 mins, did 75 pullups, 75 dips, 60 decline pushups and a bunch of kettlebell powercleans until I almost felt like hurling. Anyone who says they don't have time to workout are stirring a cauldron of lies!
Kettle bell Tabata workout on a 20/10 sec split 6 round rounds of the following: (3 min work out follwed by 30 sec rest then repeat)
KB Swings (12kg for first few rounds then 25 kg mid rounds finish of with 12kg as I got tired)
KB one arm clean jerk to overhead press (left arm) 12kg
KB one arm clean jerk to overhead press (right arm arm) 12kg
KB bent rover rows (left arm) 25 kgs
KB bentt rover rows (right arm) 25 kgs
KB goblin squat - 12kg
3 min work out followed by 30 sec rest then repeat for 10 rounds...got a great sweat up
