    • Barbell Complex 4x5: RDL/Row/Power Clean/Front Squat/Press (95lbs)

      Five Rounds:

      Diamond Push Ups x 10
      Oblique Vee Ups x 10 each side
      Back Hyperextensions x 10
      Pull Ups x 10
      Dips x 10
      Mountain Climbers x 10

      Finisher: 60 Kettlebell Snatches (alternating 10 each side) - wanted to do 100, but I was toast by this point.

      • 3 sets, 5 reps each:

        Deadlifts - 230 lbs.
        Bent-over rows - 160 lbs.
        Upright rows - 120 lbs.
        Shoulder shrugs - 230 lbs.
        Front shoulder lifts - 80 lbs.

        Bodyweight exercises:

        Pushups - at least 120
        Pullups - at least 6
        Shoulder pushups - 3 sets, 5 reps each
        Australian pullups - 3 sets, 5 reps each

        I already walked a mile today. I'll walk another 1/3 of a mile after my workout to cool down.

                3 pull ups (I substitute 9 Australian pull ups)
                10 push ups
                16 squats

                        • very first parkour lesson -- DH, DS and I did it together. LOTS of fun. DS is feeling nothing. DH and I are already sore, and it only ended 2 hrs ago. lol
