  • 20 sets of dumbbell swings with an 85 pound dumbbell. Did sets of 8 to 9. Oh how I wish my gym had kettlebells.

        Heavy Barbell Complex 3x3: Squat Clean/Power Clean/Front Squat (140lb)

        Three Rounds:
        Deadlifts x 10
        Pull Ups x 10

              -Pullups - 25x
              -Jump Squats - 25x
              -Pushups - 25x
              -Lunges - 25x

              Then:

              -40 yard sprints in the sand at the beach - 6x

                Today i get up early in the morning after the breakfast i came in the office because today work is
                very hard in the office .Today i am full busy and i have no time for relaxation.

                • 6km run this morning and I felt very fast. I have a 10k race coming up in 6 weeks so I'd better get cracking if I want to break 45 minutes for 10k.

                  If I feel spunky enough later I'll be doing p90x plyometrics.

                  • I just got a wii and tried out Gold's Gym cardio boxing for an hour haha.....not gonna lie, I actually worked up a pretty good sweat. Still gonna go do some manly deadlifts at the gym though.

                          • 22 sets of dumbbell swings with an 85 pound dumbbell. Sets of 10. It was very intense and I think my hamstrings are going to hurt tomorrow.
