    • You Are Your Own Gym - second round beginner program since I also want to sprint and mountainbike!
      You'll never see the light if you're in someone else's shadow, or said another way, life is like a dog sled team, if you're not the lead dog, the scenery never changes

      • Sprint session, distance wasn't very far though. Just ran hard, rested for about 20 seconds and went again for a while. No real structure.

                          • Today was a mix of kettlebells and my new favorite exercise tool,the indian club.

                            KB shoulder presses 4 ladders of 1,2,3,4 (10 reps per ladder with each arm)
                            8 minutes of kettlebell swings
                            H2H passes,1 minute both clockwise and counter

                            My new pair of 5 pound clubs arrived from revolution clubs today and I got right to work with them.I was thinking 5 pounds would be too light but the complete ROM and leverage disadvantages of the exercises had me feeling the burn in a matter of minutes.I also grazed the top of my head with one,which was a good incentive to not let my form get sloppy again.
                            Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who has said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own experience.

                            In the mind of the beginner, there are many possibilities; in the mind of the expert, there are few.
