      • I'm away from my weights most of this week, so doing "daily maintenance" bodyweight Gorilla workouts. Last night was 4 rounds of:

        10x Tuck Jump
        10x Split Jump
        10x Inclined (legs elevated) push ups

        • Began Starting Strength yesterday. Today I walked to work (half-hour) and will walk home obivously later on. Because it's an easier work day I might do some light yoga tonight before day two of SS tomorrow.
          Believe and achieve.

          • Boxing: 1 hour. Includes plenty of pushups, burpees, situps, and skipping rope too.

                          • Cross Fit -row 250, 90 jumps on jump rope, 8 overhead squats -4 rounds. Did 50 crunches afterwards.

                            • Yesterday I walked around the pyramids of Egypt for about 6 hours total. Climbed one of the really small ones that was lacking a no climbing sign.
