    • Workout today is just walking around getting used to the VFF KSOs
      Primal (2013)
      Locavore (locally grown foods when possible)
      Training consists of Muay Thai, BJJ, weight training, and mountain biking

      Would like to be in good shape by my 36th Birthday (07-07-2013)

      • today I have done pullups, chin ups, bent over rows, shoulder pressesdecline pushups and pulldowns. for abs I did pike crunches and something called iron inch and I may go do a 3 mile walk on a hilly paved terrain

            • Worked out with my trainer today, lifting heavy things to fatigue, it was one hell of a workout, I found the chin ups really challenging today, we have been using the machine in preparation for unassisted but after the heavy lifting I had no strength left and had to decrease the weight so I was able to lift myself at all.

                  • rode my bike 35 minutes (wanted to ride much longer but had to get ready for my new job )
                    then did 30 min intervals on the AMT machine before I got off work

                        • Recent weight room personal bests (2011 workouts are basically done)
                          Squat 215 2x5, 225 x2
                          Chinups 10 full, good clean ones
                          deadlift 295 1x5, going for 300 x5 tomorrow
                          strict overhead press 135x1
                          Bench press 185 1x4
                          cleans 170 x1
                          I've committed to a 900 pl total (200 bench 300 squat 400 dead, or whatever makes 900 total), 6 minute mile and 12 chins for 2012. Also committed to remaining a 32" jean size which makes the lifting goals twice as hard.

                              • 12 mile trail run with 4400 feet of elevation on a crisp and clear winter morning. 2:02:12, nice pace, good conversation with friends.
