    • Walked to get breakfast at unnamed all-day breakfast joint to take home for wife. Owner changed policy and would not sell take-out food on Sundays. Got pissed off and stormed out. Walked to grocery store to buy breakfast items (eggs, meat, and things), then home again to cook it.

                  • Wow, wish I had a mountain in my front yard. I'm going to do the grocery shopping via my bike . . . and buy heavy things . I might even take the more hilly route. It is a very beautiful sunny day here in Melbourne. Summer starts tomorrow.

                    • I was finally able to do power cleans successfully for the first time today! I've been doing front squats with the clean grip lately, then last friday practiced hang cleans to get the catch down. No problems whatsoever.

                      Chin-Ups 5x5 with 35lbs.
                      Power Clean/Front Squat/Press Combo - 5x5 with just 95lbs.
                      Single arm incline dumbbell press - 5x6 with 60lbs. Thats all...power clean left me nearly dead.
