                  Plank, push up, L/R knee cross in pushup, jump to low squat, 5kg ball toss, two squats (holding ball still),
                  L/R diagonal knee raise from sumo squat (still holding ball). Thats one round. Kinda like an extended burpee.

                        Bench Press 240 4x4

                        1-L Deadlift 3x4 *70lbs of external resistance
                        Weighted Pull Ups 35 4x4

                        30/90 sprint intervals on treadmill 3.0 incline 11.5 speed

                          135 Thruster

                          Pretty tough one. I could only keep the thrusters up for 3 rounds before I had to drop the weight down to 95. Finished in 14:38.
