  • My toning class which takes place outside in all weathers. It was really cold on Sunday evening but after a few tummy crunches you get warm again. Time to look for warm sports clothes.

    It's at an awkward time as it finishes at 830 and then I go home and have a huge supper.

    Does walking to and in the shopping mall count as exercise? Just Joking

                      • Woke up at 6am to go lift weights after just a little protein powder and I felt GREAT! I think I could get used to AM training .. My workout wasn't exactly what I wanted it to be, but I also have had some funky sleep this week and went off training for awhile due to some serious fatigue. Curiously, I also have not been eating any starchy carbohydrates. .. Connection ?? I'm at about 150g today and finally have my crazy ENERGY back!!!

                        ~20min run
                        80x5, 90x5, 105x7, 95x8, 85x9 back squat (reverse pyramid training, right?)
                        8-7-8-5-1-1-5-2-1 chin-ups (messed up my last 2 sets!)
                        jumping jacks, push-ups, handstands
