      20 Kettlebell Swings
      10 Double Kettlebell Presses

        • 30mins - intense muay boran and TKD practice on punching bag (mix of power strikes and speed)
          15mins - medicine ball squats, lunges, overhead presses, skull crushers, bent over lifts
          5mins - knee lifts and curls with ankle weights
          10mins+ - stretching


          I mix it up a lot of other exercises, but I try to keep it at 1hr.

          other things:
          grappling, sparring, short runs (up and down the street), farmer walks with heels off the floor
          Primal (2013)
          Locavore (locally grown foods when possible)
          Training consists of Muay Thai, BJJ, weight training, and mountain biking

          Would like to be in good shape by my 36th Birthday (07-07-2013)

          • Lifted 120lbs for 5 reps, for the first time! The bench pressing group of dudes strapped a weight belt on me (never used one of those either, but I kind of like them...) and then stood behind me yelling, "GO GO GO! YOU GOT IT GIRL!" and it was very exhilerating! One of them said, she even has better form than I do! Whatever that means ... Then I did my reverse pyramids back squats in unison with the 54yr. old man beside me. :-) I will really miss my gym when I move next month!

                      Dive Bomber Push Ups x 10
                      Vee Ups x 10
                      Sledge Hammer Strikes x10 each side
                      Chin Ups x 10
                      Jump Ropes x 50
                      Kettlebell Snatches x 10 each side
                      Medicine Ball Slams x 10
                      24" Box Jumps x 10
                      40m Sprints x 2

                      Each Round took right around 5 minutes (5:04, 4:56, 5:06) Took 1 minute rest between rounds.

                          • Yesterday,kettlebells various and some deadlifts rising to 250 lb.

                            Today,elbow plank - 1 minute, 30 sec. squat and 30 sec. hang,10 push ups followed by a 33 minute hilly run.

                            • Play day today so went to the climbing gym for a couple of hours!
                              Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

                              • Beyond usual day to day walking around campus...
                                - 2 mile run/jog
                                - 10 x 90sec sprints on erg (rowing machine) with 90 sec rest inbetween
