30mins - intense muay boran and TKD practice on punching bag (mix of power strikes and speed)
15mins - medicine ball squats, lunges, overhead presses, skull crushers, bent over lifts
5mins - knee lifts and curls with ankle weights
10mins+ - stretching
I mix it up a lot of other exercises, but I try to keep it at 1hr.
grappling, sparring, short runs (up and down the street), farmer walks with heels off the floor
Locavore (locally grown foods when possible)
Training consists of Muay Thai, BJJ, weight training, and mountain biking

Lifted 120lbs for 5 reps, for the first time! The bench pressing group of dudes strapped a weight belt on me (never used one of those either, but I kind of like them...) and then stood behind me yelling, "GO GO GO! YOU GOT IT GIRL!" and it was very exhilerating! One of them said, she even has better form than I do! Whatever that means ... Then I did my reverse pyramids back squats in unison with the 54yr. old man beside me. :-) I will really miss my gym when I move next month!
