        • What's a strict pull up?

If my regimen leads to my death, be it in six days or six months...I will die fullfiled. The outcome is irrelavent so long as i steer towards my fate. If death is to be my prize, i welcome it with open arms."

          • strict pull up is what you see most people doing in the gym...no swinging, straight up & down...most people simply call it a pull up

Burpees for 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest

                        • I’m sure you’ve seen it. It’s all over the news,it's Vibram FiveFingers.People are finally beginning to come around to that inconvenient truth about our feet, that dirty little secret that shoe companies would prefer to keep under wraps: barefoot is better. When you wear Vibram shoes, you will feel you are barefoot.
There has been media coverage of the barefoot trend in the past, mostly intermittent, in running magazines and always taking a patronizing tone. It follows the same formula: more idle speculation on a bizarre fad that a select few crazies are promoting, with plenty of “balance” from stuffy foot specialists expressing doubt that the inherently fragile, gentle human foot could ever withstand the rigors of walking unshod without “serious injury,” than any serious consideration of the merits. But now we’ve got a nice, cheap Vibram juicy study to hang our hats (or our shoes) on, and media outlets are falling over themselves to get the scoop.

                              • Spent the last two weeks in Sicily. Lots of great hiking, walking, sprinting and bouldering to be had. Though, we got some strange looks sprinting up the Spanish Steps on Thursday.

Monday: 4 hours of bouldering in Rhode Island.
