love sprinting while in a fasted state! Kev, do you do shovelglove before or after? I find it ideal to do it after to burn off the fatty acids that were freed up in the bloodstream during the sprinting. I've made some great progress doing it this way.

hanging leg raises
dips (tough when done without a chair!)
leg lifts on a bench (working toward a DRAGON FLAG! Ouch..)
low crawl on a balance beam, forward and back a few times, not easy!
I didn't count my reps or sets, just focused on GOOD form and working as hard as I could on the bars. I did a lot of negatives and tried to keep the tension in the right places while trying to lift my body. I've never felt such an overall soreness in my upper body than what I've been experiencing this past week with these drills! I have been humbled.....
