    • 20 push ups,1 minute plank.
      35lb kettlebell - 2 hand swing x 10,left hand swing x 10,right hand swing x 10.
      Clean and press L & R x 5.
      Side bends L & R x 20.
      20lb kettlebell - clean x 12,clean and press x 12,snatch x 12.
      28 minute run.

      • Bench press, tricep dips, pullups and chinups. I was so out of energy today. I managed 5 reps at 155 for the bench but needed help for the sixth. It was pathetic.
        In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.

        • 20 warm-up swings
          30 skullcrushers
          20 pullovers
          15 over-head crunches
          10 front lunges
          15 push-ups

          Two sets of a Deep Six variation:
          - 5 swings
          - 5 snatches
          - 5 clean and presses
          - 5 front squats
          - 1/2 Get Up (starting from the top down - then when on the ground, you safely switch hands and Get Up - the kettlebell is now in your LEFT HAND where you complete the Get-Up)
          - 5 swings
          - 5 snatches
          - 5 clean and presses
          - 5 front squats

          Then I ended with as many "around the worlds" as I could possibly stand.

            • What was your workout like today?

              I did NOT feel like going to the gym today. One of those lazy days, I guess. I had in my head "NO EXCUSES" and I went.
              I did a 30 minute run on the treadmill, inclining every 2:30.
              Then I did a Body Works class. This is all weightlifting, using dumbbells. I use 3s and 8s, some of the dudes use 20s.
              You know what? I feel SO GOOD! My arms and shoulders are sore from yesterday but even that feels good.

                    • Sledgehammer workout (similar to the one Mark linked to a while ago) for about 10 minutes with a 10lbs sledgehammer, affectionately named "Earthshaker".
                      Sprinting barefoot across a park, jumping over rocks and ravines to set up my sister's birthday scavenger hunt.
                      Sprinting with the group I was looking after (they took their shoes off, I think I made a small difference today). At this point it probably turned into chronic cardio.
                      Pushed a heavy wooden box with two 90lbs girls in it about 20 or 30 feet.
                      Lifted various other things to clean up after the party (tables, chairs, etc.).

                        Still Feeling a little beat up for Tuesdays Max Outs, but glad I got in something substantial today.

                        • Ran 5.8 miles in 48 minutes which is quick (for me).Last run of any note until next Sunday when myself and son-in-law Primal Fist take part in the City Of Manchester 10K race.

                          • 21-15-9 of Pull Ups, Sandbag Burpee Thrusters and Handstand Push Ups.

                            I managed 18:37 with a 40kg/88lb sandbag.
