        • I do same exercises regularly so today i am doing 30 minute walk and 30 minute running.both are healthy exercises and keep me healthy and fit.I really like these exercises.

          • I did pullups and Arnold presses yesterday. I'm posting it now because it's 4am and I'm wide awake.
            In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.

            • Big 5, hoeing 625 sq ft of garden. Very brisk 1.5 mile walk behind a commercial mower over varying terrain.

                    5 pullups
                    5 box jumps
                    sled drag run (loaded with 140 lbs) to end of backyard
                    sled drag run backwards to front of backyard
                    5 inverted body rows.

                    My wife rode in the sled for one round. That was fun.

                              • The most I'll be doing this week is forearm exercises and walking. Heavy squats and cleavage don't mix.
