    • 5 chin ups,10 press ups,1 minute plank, stretching during short walk followed by a 40 minute run.

      • Swimming and some negative chin ups, still can't get all the way up. Depending on time I might do some leg presses and deadlifts.

                For conditioning Walked to a big hill and sprinted up it 6 times rest was while walking down then walked home when done.
