      • barefoot walking up and down my street. My toddler loves it. She keeps saying "Mommy walk up the hill?", cuz she wants to go.

Is anyone else blessed with a 2-3yo who enthusiastically initiates miles of walking cuz they want to walk & run?

          • Good to know. Sometimes I think she is NOT NORMAL. Not abnormal, but definitely much more advanced than the typical 2yo. She walked a mile today (broken up into 4 sessions, but still), very impressed by that!

In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.

If that's advanced then I was a god at 2.

                  • Over two hours of playing basketball this morning outdoors. And my style of play is always up-tempo, run-you-to-death-if-you're-guarding-me. So it's like a prolonged short sprint workout for me.

                        • First strength work in a while: pull downs (prepping the body to learn pull ups), counter top push ups, air squats, and goodmornings. A 3.5 mile walk followed. Tomorrow, I shall be happily sore.
Started PB late 2008, lost 50 lbs by late 2009. Have been plateaued, but that thing may just be biting the dust: more on that later.
