  • First week of Simplefit for me. I started at Level 3, and today was day 3:

16 pullups (the latter 8 were chins), 33 pushups, 33 air squats in 2:50.

That didn't seem like much, so I added in another:

    8 pullups, 8 chinups, 16 narrow/triangle pushups, 22 extra wide pushups

I was feeling pyramidal later in the day, so I added in a pyramid of parallel grip pullups and standard pushups:

1 pullup, followed immediately by 2 pushups; then
    (2, 4); (3, 6); (4, 8); (5, 10); (6, 12); (5, 10); (4, 8); (3, 6); (2, 4); (1, 2)

If I added correctly, it was a total of 68 pullups and 143 pushups today. That seemed like enough, so I stopped.

People say I am on a "crazy" diet. What is so crazy about eating veggies, fruits, seafood and organ meats? Just because I don't eat whole wheat and processed food doesn't make my diet "crazy". Maybe everyone else with a SAD are the "crazy" ones for putting that junk in their system.

                              • Sprint workout today, I had knee surgery in Oct so I just started about 3 weeks ago. I run barefoot on soft turf on a baseball field from foul-pole to foul-pole four times. It still hurts my knee a little but I love the way I feel afterward.
