                • Wednesday I did "The Bear"
                  5 cycles of 4 reps
                  1.) Clean, to
                  2.) Front Squat, to
                  3.) Push Press, to
                  4.) Back Squat, to
                  5.) Behind the Neck Push Press

                  Today I did "Butchering The Boar"
                  4 Sets Each of:
                  1.) 15 Sledgehammer Swings per side
                  2.) Rows (mine were bodyweight, brought my feet up where I was parallel to the deck)
                  3.) 10 Sandbag Clean and Press

                  Both were killer and targeted all my muscles!

                        Back and Butt today. Leaving for the week and might not have access to a gym. I suppose me and my guy will have to improvise... ;-)

                        5x15 Goblet Squat (40#)
                        4x7 Inverted Rows (parallel to ground)

                        5x5 Back Squat (110#)
                        3x6 One-Armed Row (25#)

                        4x3 Chinup (5#)
                        3x10 Deadlift (65#) ...Do not do these with bare shins......

                              • Yesterday:
                                Squats 180 lb - didn't get my reps in though.
                                Standing press 95 lb - success.
                                Clean and jerk 115 lb - fun!
                                4 hrs later, 1.5 hrs racquetball.
                                Too much for one day, I'm totally beat today. I'll stick to walking for a couple of days.
