        • Had enthusiasm for the gym today, although my lack of sleep showed.... I felt like I had been hit by a BUS by the time I was finished! ;-) But I did find out I am thisclose to acing my anatomy course this semester. Hell YES!!

          Kinda was all over the place today...

          2x3 Back Squat (105#)
          3x4 Back Squat (95#)
          3x20 Goblet Squat (35#)
          3x10 Lunge (70#)

          4x10 Shoulder Presses
          3x10 Diamond Pushups
          1x12 Pushups (10#)
          1x7 Pushups (15#)
          2x5 Pushups (20#)
          3x30sec. Planche Tuck (?)

          I suppose today ended up being "high volume". ;-) My toosh was SHAKIN' afterward!

                I really tweaked something in my left shoulder yesterday/last night. Maybe it was because at the gym I tried some one armed pushups. Ha.

                  did in about 26minutes (pretty mediocre)

                    • 1.5 mile sprint on my bike at 8:00 last night.

                      • 30 minute cycling, 2x10 deadlifts of 305lbs, 2x20 push ups, 2x10 barbell shoulder shrugs w/125lbs, and planks until I felt weak.
