        My boobs are definitely bigger. And my bench press hasn't gone up a bit since I've started, so......

                Well, after a couple weeks my boobs are the same but my butt is disappearing. Actually, I'm not sure what's happening back there but my pants feel baggy there.
                Female, 5'3", 50, Max squat: 202.5lbs. Max deadlift: 225 x 3.

                  I have a small butt in the first place and I'm doing the strong-lifts 5x5 which calls for squats 3x a week. Hope mine doesn't shrink anymore or it'll be completely flat!!!

                  My butt often hurts when I sit for too long, so I bring a pillow with me to sit on in class (I'm one of the cool kids.) Mine is probably mostly fat right now. Does muscle hurt less to sit on? Or should I invest in a thicker pillow? Haha
                  Started eating Primal in October 2011.
                  Started lifting heavy things on October 26, 2012.

                    Well that is a pretty legit lift though. Have any micro weights or a bunch of collars you could stick on to try and up the weight a tiny bit?

                    If not you could grab some thick chain at the hardware store and get a cheap carbiner, just put like 4-5 links on each side.

                      Thanks! I once even hit 105x3x5 pre-attempt-to-cut, so I think it's more so the bulking that will need to be done later on.

                        Even though it's not a SS protocol, you could try dropping the weight enough to do 5x5 for bench, then build back to 100 lbs; then switch back to 3x5.

                          Trust me, squats are going to give you a fantastic butt. You will find it gets higher and rounder rather than wide. Some of my pants can feel baggy under the butt because they are not the right cut, but nobody would call my ass skinny.

                                I wish! It is just an overall loss of fat though. I'll give you some of mine... 34FF hoping to get down to 34C/D now that I'm done nursing!
