  • cardio Q/empty stomach.

    Iv been doing various forms of cardio mixing things up from steady state high intensity to hiit interval sprints on the treadmill, Id like to perform an easier state of cardio such as lower intensity walking. my question does performing lower intensity on an empty stomach before breakfast actually tap into fat stores? theres a huge debate on this and id like some scientific evidence to back it that way I'm not wasting my time, when i could've eaten my delicious primal breakfast. thanks, currently 7 percent body fat trying to reach 4-5 if that helps.
