    Hi,

    I've just started trying the Grok style of exercise, which I really like. But I've had two challenges:

    1. The sprint day felt great but then gave me really bad hip pain (I've got ~25 lbs. to lose)
    2. I'm battling moderate rosacea, so working out "hard" (lifting heavy things & sprinting) can easily cause flare-ups

    I'd love any insight/suggestions, maybe a way to start the Grok exercise for beginners?

    What is the "Grok style of exercise" just to be clear? Is it Mark's Primal Fitness program, or something else? Most people on here end up lifting weights in some form or other.

      Yeah, the Primal Fitness program. I was already doing some lifting 2-3xs/week, but I'm trying to adapt to his plan.
