Been doing great! Vestibular neuritis gone and doing Crossfit plus running a moderate amount. Got tendonitis in my wrist! yikes! How did this happen? I have had it before in the same wrist, but didn't knwo what it was. Did research and now I know. How do I avoid this in the future? I hate being sidelined! I am already dealing with hip bursitis off and on (but know what causes it and what to do). I am 50 year old female, been working out and running in some form or fashion for over 20 years.
