    water-jog to the floating raft
    30 situps on the raft
    swim sprint to the boat dock (stationary)
    1 muscle-up onto the dock
    30 pushups
    sprint down the beach to the boathouse
    30 jumping pullups on the rafters of the BH
    sprint back to the water
