  • How do you determine which fitness level you are at?

    I read something which mentioned fitness levels such as 7.3 and 9.2. How do you work out which fitness level you are currently at?

    You might want to search for fitness tests and find the one that has the score scale that you have seen. The ones I have seen are qualitative, like below average, average, above average....

        cool, never heard of that. Kinda what to try it now.

        Fat Kine-230/24% @ 6'2"
        Small Kine-168/9%
        Now- 200/8%
        Goal- 210/6%
