    I'm working on the fitness chapter in the book and I see where my HR should be during my frequent, slow moving and during my sprints. Is there a target for lifting heavy things?

    No.


    For lifting heavy things, lift things that are heavy enough that you can't do more than about five reps at a time (with good form).


    Also, the sooner you're able to "feel" how hard you should be working without relying on a heart rate monitor, the better.
