Anyone else do pilates? I have been really lax all winter, and I have turned to squish. I hate pilates, because, well, i am a wuss who hates anything really hard, but it has been a quick way to tone up the jiggles, in the past. I have had great success by trying to hike/walk for an hour everyday, but it would be nice if my thighs didn't look all flabtastic in my shorts. What are your fave pilates DVDs?
